Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Mailings

Hereby, I (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”), in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 “On Advertising” and Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended and supplemented), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to LLC “FLOW” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process my personal data obtained through the website https://flow-rus.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) for the PURPOSES of:

informing me, sending advertising mailings about products and other services provided by the Operator, as well as responding to my inquiries submitted via the feedback form on the Website.

1. Consent is given for:

a) receiving advertising mailings by the following means:

• SMS mailings;
• push notifications;
• via email;
• via telecommunications networks, including through telephone, facsimile, and mobile radiotelephone communications;
• messages in social networks and messengers.

b) processing, for the purpose of advertising mailings, the following personal data:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• email address;
• contact phone numbers provided by me when submitting an Application on the Operator’s Website;
• information about the browser used;
• location data.

2. I hereby guarantee that the phone number and email address provided by me when submitting an application on the Website belong to me. In the event that I cease using the phone number or email address specified on the Website, I undertake to inform the Operator thereof. By providing a phone number and/or email address belonging to a third party on the Website, I guarantee that I have obtained consent from such third party to receive advertising mailings from the Operator in accordance with this Consent.

3. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, if necessary, the Operator has the right to provide my personal data to third parties for the purposes of technical support services, services related to the distribution of advertising and other informational messages, as well as (in anonymized form) for marketing, statistical, and other research purposes. Such third parties have the right to process personal data on the basis of this consent. The right to choose companies carrying out mailings is granted to the Operator without additional approval.

4. I undertake not to use personal data of third parties and undertake to compensate the Operator for any damage and losses (including those arising in connection with the imposition of administrative or other liability on the Operator) resulting from my use of third-party personal data.

5. Advertising mailings and the processing of personal data shall be carried out until the individual unsubscribes from receiving information by sending a corresponding request to the email address sales@flowrus.ru.

6. I understand that checking the box next to the phrase “I consent to receive advertising and informational mailings” constitutes my written consent to the provisions contained herein.
